CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE OF THE PRODUCTS AND AVAILABLE PACKAGING?
Yes, samples of all products and packages can be ordered free of charge (only payment of shipping fee applies).
HOW LONG DOES THE ORDER PREPARATION TAKE?
Most orders take 3 to 14 days to prepare, but depending on the type (wholesale or private label), inventory availability and volume of the order, this may take longer. You will be notified the exact time when finalising your order. Contact us for more information upon your custom offer.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Around 10 working days from completion of order preparation (applies to Europe, other countries upon request). You will be notified the exact time when finalising your order.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY SHIPMENT?
When your shipment is sent to the address you provided, you will receive an email. This email will contain the tracking number and a direct link to the tracking website.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
Depending on your custom order and request, we usually work by 50/50, 0/100 or 100/0 payment terms. Example: You pay 50% of the price upon ordering, and 50% upon shipping. Contact us with your needs and the payment terms will be discussed with you regarding your custom offer.
CAN I RECEIVE AN INVOICE?
We are registered for VAT in Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Poland, The Czech Republic and Sweden, and we can directly issue tax invoices for your orders in these countries. For orders from other EU countries, we can process them as an intra-Community order from Bulgaria. Orders outside the EU are also welcome.
