Bee Pollen

Our bee pollen is made from certified organic and sustainability-oriented bee keeping. Bee pollen is a superfood that is incredibly rich in nutrients, proteins, amino acids, unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins (C, B1, B2, B12, E), minerals, trace elements (calcium, iron, copper, potassium and phosphorus), bio-flavonoids and antioxidants. It is believed to strengthen the immune system, relieve inflammation and reduce stress.

You can add it to your muesli, yoghurt, oatmeal, smoothie, milk, or sprinkle it on your salad. A teaspoon a day may provide your body with all elements needed for your overall well-being.
